The above quotations include delivery, paper plates (if required), napkins and collection of trays etc. up to a maximum distance of 5 miles. A delivery/collection charge will be made if more than 5 miles.
If waitresses are required to stay and serve drinks, teas and coffees etc there is a charge of £17.50 per waitress per hour (minimum 2 waitresses).
Crockery hire is available if required.
