There is nothing quite like crackling roast pork from our locally sourced whole spit roast pigs. All cooking and preparation is done on site ensuring tasty food every time.
As an alternative to a pig we are able to provide roasted chickens cooked in a cradle in our hog roast machine. The chickens are succulent and full of taste and can can be served in halves or quarters. Our machine is able to cook a maximum of 24 at one time.
